A Downers Grove woman has been charged with stealing more than $100,000 from the Downers Grove Panthers youth football organization.
The Downers Grove Police Department said that the woman arrested, Theresa A. Carlquist, 51, 6700 Plymouth Road, was a former treasurer with the Panthers.

It's hard to have a nice dinner with someone and not leave the table as friends. That's what members of the Islamic Center of Naperville were hoping for when they extended an invitation to the non-Muslim community to join them for a Ramadan open house Thursday night.
